Drying Systems
Efficient drying at stable dew point for hygroscopic polymers.
Dry-air dryers bring hygroscopic polymers such as PET, PA, PC and ABS down to the right moisture level and protect production quality. A stainless interior and precise temperature control keep energy use in check.

- 01
Honeycomb rotor technology dries process air to a stable and low dew point (-40°C and below).
- 02
Hot air is distributed evenly (European style) with a blow-from-bottom design to strip moisture from granules.
- 03
A double-layered stainless steel body insulates heat loss, and dust collection filters keep the environment clean.
- 04
PID temperature control and overheat protection keep operation safe.
- Lower energy consumption due to insulated structure
- More stable product quality with a low dew point
- Easy-to-clean structure and smart error tracking
- Different capacity options from 6 kg to 3,000 kg

Frequently Asked Questions
What is dew point?
Dew point is the temperature at which moisture in the air begins to condense. The lower the dew point of the drying air (for example −40 °C), the drier the air, and the more effectively it removes moisture from the granule.
What is a desiccant and what does it do in a dryer?
A desiccant is a drying agent that absorbs moisture from the air. The desiccant in the honeycomb rotor continuously removes moisture from the process air.
