Conveying Systems

Dust-free conveying on a closed line, from silo to machine.

Overview

Powder conveying systems and vacuum granule loaders respond to diverse needs, from floor-mounted and top-mounted feeding to multi-receiver setups. Through cyclone filters, venturi systems, and smart sensors, they deliver material cleanly, controllably, and without loss.

Operating principle
  1. 01

The vacuum motor creates negative pressure (vacuum) from the material source (storage).

  2. 02

Level sensors detect material demand and trigger conveying via the PLC board.

  3. 03

Granule or powder material passing through the stainless steel suction pipe and reinforced flexible hose fills the receiver.

  4. 04

The filter structure protects the environment from dust, while the auto-cleaning feature prevents filter blockages.

Key benefits
  • Flexibility to feed multiple machines with a single system
  • Reduced downtime risk with overload and material depletion alarms
  • More stable operation due to the automatic filter cleaning feature
  • Easy integration with drying and granulating systems

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a cyclone filter?

A cyclone filter is an effective separation unit in conveying systems that uses centrifugal force to separate dust and fine particles from the air stream, protecting the blower.

How does a venturi system work?

A venturi system uses the vacuum effect created by pressurized air accelerating through a narrow cross-section to transport material, commonly used in small capacity loaders.
